In simple terms, Shilajit is a tar like substance, which occurs naturally in the high-altitude mountains in Himalayas. It is a product of decomposition of some plants for centuries.
Shilajit contains a large number of minerals, amino acids, Fulvic minerals and Humic Acids, vitamins A, B, C, and P (citrines), phospholipids, and polyphenol complexes, terpenoids.
How many servings 20 grams make?
The jar contains 200 servings at the minimum dose of 100 mg per serving. However, most users take between 250–500 mg daily, depending on body weight and wellness goals:
- If you weigh under 50 kg (110 lb), a 100 mg serving may be sufficient.
- If you weigh over 50 kg, a typical serving ranges from 250–500 mg.
So realistically, the jar provides 40 to 80 servings, lasting around 1–2 months for most people.
